Private Pay Only starting Oct. 1, 2024
Beginning Oct. 1, 2024, Annie Bell Chambers Adult Day Care Center will only accept private pay due to recent changes in Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage. The daily rate will be $90 per person, with payments collected weekly.

We understand how difficult this may be and want to assure you that we’ve worked hard to keep our costs significantly lower than other care options such as assisted living, group homes, and nursing homes. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

Adult Day Care Services
Service we offer:
We offer a caring and loving environment to our most vulnerable population to enjoy the fruit of their labor as if they were family. We provide transportation services to individuals who need transporting to the center, our family members will enjoy delicious and nutritional meals, involve them in customized physical exercise, with an opportunity to provide physical and occupational therapy. Recreational activity that includes board games and computer games, and the care and monitoring of every individual for your peace of mind.
Starting Cost to Attend:
Our current rate to attend begins at $90/day.

Our goal is to serve seniors by educating cognitively, build body strength with physical exercise, assist with mental health first aid, impact their social awareness, monitor medication use, provide healthy and delicious meals, while building self-esteem, giving them more reasons to live, laugh, and love.

9:00 AM-3:00 PM (Feel free to ask for special time accommodations)

Please Note:
*Individuals who need to reside in a full time nursing home does not fit the mission of Annie Bell Chambers Multi-Service Center. As, we are a Social Day care Facility, but we do welcome candidates who would like to choose ABC Adult Day Care Center as an alternative to a nursing home during our hours of operation*.
